Shipping Policy for Sharpes Feed Barn

At Sharpes Feed Barn, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship products across New Zealand using NZ Post, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. However, please note the following exceptions:

  • Fertilisers and herbicides: These products are restricted to Wellington Region only and cannot be shipped outside this area.

2. Wellington Region Bulk Delivery

For customers located in the Wellington Region, we offer a bulk delivery option for orders of 3 or more items. This delivery option is available for a flat fee of $15, regardless of the size or weight of the items. When you select this option, your order will be delivered directly by our team within 5 working days.

To qualify for bulk delivery:

  • You must have a delivery address within the Wellington Region.
  • Your order must contain 3 or more items.

Bulk Delivery is not available for orders containing fewer than 3 items. For these smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days.
  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. NZ Post deliveries typically take 3–7 working days for most New Zealand destinations.
  • Wellington Region bulk deliveries will be made within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as postal service delays, extreme weather, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. You can use this information to track your order’s delivery progress.

5. Shipping Exclusions

Please note that we are unable to ship certain items, such as fertilisers and herbicides, outside the Wellington Region due to shipping restrictions and regulations.
