Return & Refund Policy for Sharpes Feed Barn

1. Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details to assist us in processing your cancellation request.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must follow the returns procedure outlined below.
2. Returns for Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you are entitled to return it for a refund. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
- Provide your proof of purchase and proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos of the damaged item).
- Sharpes Feed Barn will assess your return request and confirm the next steps.
Please note:
- Feed, Supplements, and Seed: These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered.
- Shipping costs: Any shipping fees paid during your initial order are non-refundable.
Sharpes Feed Barn reserves the right to assess all return requests based on the nature of the damage and the product.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request has been assessed and approved, we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method for the value of the returned item(s) (excluding shipping costs).
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Applicable Laws
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the following New Zealand laws:
- Fair Trading Act 1986
- Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
- Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017
